Welcome to Kenosha Public Market
Where Community, Creativity, and Local Flavor Come Together
Kenosha Public Market is more than a place to shop — it’s a lively, welcoming gathering place where local farmers, makers, bakers, and artisans share their passion with the community. Every visit brings new discoveries, fresh flavors, and the opportunity to support the small businesses that make Kenosha unique.
From seasonal produce and gourmet foods to handcrafted goods and one-of-a-kind gifts, our market offers a curated experience that reflects the heart of our city. It’s a place to connect, explore, and celebrate the creativity of our region.
Coming May 2026: Our New Lakefront Home
Big changes are on the horizon! Beginning May 2026, the Kenosha Public Market Summer Season will move to the beautiful, historic Kemper Center grounds.
Our new location will feature:
-
Shaded, tree-lined vendor areas
-
Food trucks and outdoor dining
-
A dedicated beer garden near the Faulkner Building
-
Indoor restrooms and improved accessibility
-
Expanded space for vendors, events, and families
-
Stunning lakefront views that make every Saturday special
This move strengthens our mission to grow, innovate, and create an even better experience for vendors and customers alike.
Rooted in Local. Powered by Community.
At our core, we believe in:
-
Supporting local entrepreneurs
-
Strengthening our local food system
-
Uplifting creative small businesses
-
Building a marketplace where everyone belongs
Kenosha Public Market is a place where people come together — not just to shop, but to connect, enjoy, and be part of something meaningful.
Come Be Part of the Market Family
Whether it’s your first visit or your weekly ritual, we’re excited to welcome you. Explore new vendors, rediscover your favorites, meet friends, make memories, and enjoy a market that’s proudly and authentically Kenosha.
At Kenosha Public Market, we believe that all people deserve to eat great, local food.
That’s why SNAP and WIC benefits are exchangeable at the market for tokens. Our 'market match' program helps low-income families with young children, seniors and disabled, eat healthy food by matching SNAP benefits at Kenosha Public Market. Families that receive SNAP and/or WIC benefits are eligible to double their benefits up to $20 each market day.
Our market match program is supported by individual contributions and fundraising events throughout the year. Learn more here.
